Scenario 1: Product claimed to be deffective by consumer and and our team verifies this after receiving.
-》 Cost of both dispatching the deffective product to us and the new product back to consumer will be our responsibility.
Scenario 2: Product claimed to be deffective by consumer but our team finds no fault
-》 Cost of sending the product back to us will be on the consumer. Sending the new replaced product / the original product back to consumer will be on us.
Scenario 3: Consumer finds no fault/deffect but still wants it replaced for a different product
-》 Cost of both sending the Original product from consumer to us and the new replaced product back to consumer will be on the consumer.
